Structural Design
Structural engineering tasks is to perform the analysis and design of building or non-building structures to support or resist applied loads.
The structural design of any structure shall reflect both the Architecture intended image and building or project required function. The structural system selected shall be stable and capable to withstand with sufficient margin of safety all gravity loads, lateral loads and environmental loads and remain functional & operational when subjected to the worst load combination as provided in applicable codes, keeping to a minimum any potential damage or impact.
In addition to the above, structural design shall satisfy code design criteria, on robustness safety, serviceability, constructability, performance and economy. Once the analysis work is completed, the process of developing detailed design drawings for construction goes on. In Site soil investigation report is essential for the development of the most suitable foundation system for structures. Mechanical Engineering tasks of is to perform comprises analysis of client’s requirements, participates in the effort estimate for offer, carries out designs of mechanical system (HVAC, plumbing including water supply, drainage, gases- LPG, medical, compressed air, steam installations, firefighting system, water features, swimming pools all in compliance with international, regional and local standards.
